Courier-Journal v. Kentucky High School Athletics Association was a case that didn't occur because the High School opted to release the documents before trial. The Courier-Journal was attempting to overturn an Attorney General opinion that financial aid at private high schools was exempt from records requests. The High School chose to release the documents before the case hit court.[1]
Important precedents
This case established no precedent, because it never arrived at court.
