April Myers Williams is the former District 8 representative on the Birmingham City Schools school board in Alabama. First elected in 2002, Williams sought re-election against two challengers in the by-district school board election on August 27, 2013.

Williams attended Birmingham City Schools and is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Birmingham. Williams attended and matriculated from Lawson State Community College and Jefferson State Junior College before attending the University of Alabama where she studied finance and business management. She was a manager for the United States Postal Service.
