Four seats on the Fulton County Schools Board of Education were up for general election on May 20, 2014. If no candidate received a simple majority of the vote in the general election, a runoff election for that seat would have been held between the top two vote recipients on July 22, 2014.

All four incumbents won re-election to their seats. Katie Reeves and Linda McCain ran unopposed and won re-election in District 2 and District 5, respectively. Incumbent Catherine Maddox overcame two challengers, Joél L. Joseph and DeAndre S. Pickett, to retain her District 6 seat. District 7 board member Julia Bernath defeated newcomer Kate Wittschen to keep her seat.[1]
