David Lockwood was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Maryland. Lockwood was defeated by incumbent John Sarbanes in the Democratic primary on April 3, 2012.[1]

Lockwood ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 3rd District. Lockwood sought the nomination on the Democratic ticket.[2] The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run was January 11, 2012. Lockwood was defeated by incumbent John Sarbanes in the Democratic primary on April 3, 2012.[1][3]
