  • ENSURE WE DO NOT RAISE PROPERTY TAXES! The property tax assessment process in an unfair and an inconsistent process. It punishes those who make any kind of improvement to their property. Governor Kelly vetoed three property tax relief bills and two of them had unanimous bi-partisan support. The County needs to lobby the state for a fair process that fosters both personal and business property improvements vs working against it.
  • Public safety needs to be at the top of the priority list. Citizens deserve adequately funded public safety that is prioritized over quality of life projects. I am proud to be endorsed by both the Wichita Police FOP as well as the Wichita Firefighters as the candidate who will ensure adequately funded law enforcement, fire fighters and 911 dispatchers.
  • We need to increase transparency and less bureaucracy. We need Government that is easier to deal with and less red tape.
