Bill Kenney was a member of the Missouri Public Service Commission. He served in this position from January 2013 to May 2021.[1] He was named chair of the commission on March 1, 2013, after former chair Kevin Gunn resigned his position.[2]

Kenney formerly served as a top aide to Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder (R) and was a quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs from 1980 to 1988. He served in the Missouri State Senate from 1995 to 2003. Kenney works as a businessman and real-estate developer.[3][2]

Kenney served as a member of the Missouri Public Service Commission from 2013 to 2021. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 24, 2013.[4] He became the commission's chairman on March 1, 2013.[2] He left office on May 6, 2021.
