Martha Deutsch is volunteer that has served as a Spanish bi-lingual assistant and teacher for after school programs. She has served on the ExxonMobil Community Advisory Panel, Torrance Education Foundation board, and two school site councils. She is also the mother of two children that are attending or have graduated from TUSD.[1]
