Biography
Jennifer Carter was a human resources director for a local special district and lived in Turlock for over 30 years. She and her husband had two children who attended school in the district. Carter previously served on the Pitman High School Band Boosters, as a PTA Member, as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, as a board member of Central Valley Aquatics, and with the Turlock Youth Soccer Association.[2]
