Biography
Mary Haffner is an attorney that has lived in Ventura since 1991. She is married to her husband Matthew and they have three children that attend Ventura Unified schools. Mary and Matthew are partners in a Ventura law firm, Haffner, Haffner & Kirwin. Haffner earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of California: Santa Barbara and her J.D. from Loyola Law School.[1]

Mary Haffner ran against two other candidates, fellow incumbents John B. Walker and Velma L. Lomax for three seats in the general election on November 5, 2013. With only the three incumbent candidates filing for the positions, the election was canceled and removed from the ballot.
