Sam Kubba was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 10th Congressional District of Virginia.

In a letter on February 17, 2014, Kubba ended his campaign. He listed an upcoming surgery, fundraising challenges and a corrosive political environment in Washington as reasons for exiting the race.[1]
