The city of San Jose, California held elections for city council on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on June 3, 2014. Paul Fong and Charles Jones advanced past Richard A. McCoy, Susan Marsland, Tim Gildersleeve, Art Zimmermann and Bob Levy in the primary election for District 1. Jones defeated Fong in the general election.[1][2][3]
