Four seats on the Wayne County Board of Education were up for general election on November 4, 2014. Incumbent Chris West faced Phillip J. Sexton for the District 1 seat. In District 4, Phil Grantham ran against Jennifer Smith Strickland. Incumbents Arnold L. Flowers and Rick Pridgen were unopposed for re-election the District 5 and District 6 seats.
