Rosanne Buckner was a superior court judge for Pierce County Superior Court, Washington. Buckner retired from the court and was replaced by Jack Nevin in January 2013.
2012 evaluation
The Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association placed Buckner as 14th out of the 22 Pierce County judges, giving her a 81.4% positive rating.[1]
