Joseph N. Schmenk is a judge for the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Defiance, Ohio. Schmenk received his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Toledo in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1980.[5]
Career
Before joining the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas, Schmenk was a municipal court judge for the Defiance County Municipal Court from 1988 until 1990.[5]
