Thomas S. Moulton, Jr. is the judge for the Gallia County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division in Gallipolis, Ohio.[1] Moulton was re-elected to the court in 2014, winning a new term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2][3]
