Kevin F. Kelly is a judge of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] He was appointed by Governor Tom Ridge in 2000 and his current term expires in 2021.[2]

Education

Kelly earned his B.A. from Villanova University and J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.[3]

Kelly was retained in the 2011 election, winning a "yes" vote of 75.7%.[4][5]
