Richard A. Masson is the President Judge on the Elk-Cameron County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Masson was elected to the court in 2003 and retained in 2013, for a term ending in 2023.[1]

2013 election

Masson was retained to the Elk-Cameron County Court of Common Pleas with 79.2 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013. [1]

Education

Masson earned both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.[2][3][4]
