Martha J. Cook (Florida)
Martha J. Cook was a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was elected on November 5, 2002, taking office the following January.[1][2][3] She was re-elected without opposition in 2008 and 2014.[4][5]

Cook ran for re-election to the Thirteenth Circuit Court.
As an unopposed candidate, she was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot.

Education
Cook received her B.A. degree (in psychology) from Stetson University in 1970 and her M.A. degree (in psychology and education) from the University of South Florida. In 1977, she received her J.D. from the University of Florida. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977 and to the Georgia Bar in 1981.[2]
Career
Cook began her legal career as a special assistant attorney general for the Florida Department of Revenue and an assistant attorney general with the state's Department of Legal Affairs. She then practiced with the firms of Carlton Fields and Holland & Knight, In 1994, she joined Cook & MacDonald Mediation Group, where she worked until her election to the circuit court in 2002.[6]
