Thomas M. Maddock was a judge for the Superior Court of Contra Costa County in California. He was appointed by former governor Pete Wilson in 1998. Maddock was re-elected in 2012 and retired from the court in 2017.[1][2]

Education

Maddock received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis in 1968 and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1977.[2]
