James D. Gibbons
James D. Gibbons was a judge of the New York City Criminal Court of New York County, New York. He was appointed to this position in 2001 and was reappointed in December of 2002.[1] He resigned on August 17, 2010.[2]

Gibbons received his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.[1]
Career
Gibbons worked for the New York County District Attorney's Office for thirteen years prior to his judicial appointment in 2001.[1]
Resignation
Gibbons resigned after pornography was claimed to have been found on his work computer.[2]
