Joseph W. Latham
Joseph W. Latham is a judge of the Steuben County Court in New York. He assumed office in 1999.

Education
Latham received his B.A. degree from Cornell University in 1969. In 1974, he received his J.D. degree from the Syracuse University College of Law and his M.P.A. degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship of Syracuse University.[1]
Career
Latham began his career in 1975 as a general practice lawyer with the firm of Cole and Latham, P.C. He served in that position through 1998. In 1997, he also served on the Steuben County Surrogate's Court. He became a multi-bench county judge of Steuben County in 1999.[1]
