David O. Kelley was a judge for the Warrick County Circuit Court in Indiana. He did not seek re-election in 2014 and retired at the end of his term.[1]
Education
Kelley earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, going on to earn his J.D. from the Indiana University Law School.[2]
Elections
2008
Kelley ran unopposed in the 2008 Republican primary. He won the general election for the circuit court of Warrick County with 100 percent of the vote.[3]
