Frank D. Horkan was a judge of the Southern Circuit of Georgia. He did not seek re-election in 2014 and retired at the end of his term. Brian McDaniel was elected to Horkan's seat in the 2014 election.[1]

Education

Horkan received his B.A. from Valdosta State University and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. He was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1983.[2]

Horkan was re-elected after running unopposed.[3][4]
