Robert M. Crawford

Robert Mack Crawford was a judge on the Griffin Superior Court in Georgia. He was appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue in August 2010.[1] He resigned in 2020 after pleading guilty through an Alford plea to theft.[2]
Education
Crawford received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Crawford served as director of the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council. He has also served as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives and a partner in a private law firm.[1]

2012 election
Crawford ran unopposed for re-election to the Griffin Superior Court.[3] He was re-elected after receiving 99.8% of the vote in the July 31 election.[4]
