H. Patrick Haggard was a judge for the Western Judicial Circuit of the 10th Superior Court District of Georgia. He was appointed by Governor Nathan Deal in May 2011 and ran for election to a full term in 2012.[1] Haggard was successful in his election bid, and his most recent term expired in 2016.

Education

Haggard received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the Superior Court, Haggard was a judge for the Municipal Court of Winterville. He also worked as a sole practitioner.[1]

2012 election

Haggard ran unopposed for re-election to the Western Superior Court.[2] he was re-elected after receiving 99.7 percent of the vote in the July 31 election.[3]
