Steven A. Heckenbach is a magistrate judge of the Fourth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1991 to serve Cass County.[1]
Education
Heckenbach worked as an Iowa State Trooper for 14 years before he became a judge. He now has two children.[1]
