Cynthia S. Finley is a magistrate judge of the Sixth District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in August of 2007 to serve Linn County.[1]
Education
Finley received her undergraduate degree (1984) from Clemson University and her law degree from the University of Iowa.[1]
Career
Finley worked for the Public Defender's Office, the United Fire Group and the Linn County Advocate Office prior to becoming a magistrate in 2007.[1]
