Kathleen M. Wojtaszek-Gariano is a judge for the Niagara County Family Court in Niagara County, New York. She was elected on November 8, 2011.[1]

Wojtaszek-Gariano cross filled with both the Democratic and Working Families Parties. She won both races receiving 81.82% in the Democratic Race and 76.27% in the Working Families Race.[2][3] She advanced to the November election, winning 100% of the vote.[1]
