Paul K. Winchester is a circuit court judge on the 34th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky. He was appointed to the court by Governor Steve Beshear in October 2011.[1][2]

Winchester was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning an eight-year term that expires on January 1, 2023.[3][4]
