Ned M. Rosenberg was a judge on the Vicinage 5 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He has served in the court's family division. Rosenberg was nominated to the bench by Governor Richard Codey, and he was sworn in as a judge on June 22, 2005. He became a tenured judge on May 24, 2012.[2]

Rosenberg retired from the court on April 20, 2016 when he reached his mandatory retirement age of 70 for New Jersey judges.[3]

Education

Rosenberg earned an undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. He was awarded a J.D. from Seton Hall University in 1972.[2][4]
