Alvin Wellington Barlow ran for a seat on the Fourth Circuit Court in Florida.[1]

2012 election

Barlow ran for election on Aug. 14, 2012, but was defeated by Mark Borello after receiving 33.8 percent of the vote.[2][3][4]

Education

Barlow received his B.A. degree (Political Science) from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law.[5]

Career

Barlow began his career as a trial court attorney for the Office of the Public Defender. He worked there for two years. He also volunteered as a County Court Mediator for 3-4 years. Since 1994, he has worked as the President and CEO of A. Wellington Barlow, Esquire, P.A.[5]
