James R. Baxley was a county judge of the Lake County Court of Florida from 2010 to 2018. He was appointed by Gov. Charlie Crist in June of 2010 to replace Richard W. Boylston. He was re-elected in 2012.[1][2]
Education
Baxley received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida. He was admitted to the Bar in 1997.[3][4]
