Heather L. Kennedy is a part-time federal magistrate judge on the United States District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands. She was first appointed to this position on June 11, 2013, and she was reappointed in 2017. Her current four-year term expired on June 10, 2021.[1] Kennedy is the first magistrate judge for the court and also serves as the clerk of court.[2][3]
