Kallen ran for election to the Clarkstown Town Court.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 5, 2013, after receiving 18.4 percent of the vote. Adam Garth and incumbent judges, Scott B. Ugell and Craig E. Johns, were also on the ballot, competing for two open seats.
