Randy Miller is a judge of the Oregon Circuit Court, 11th Judicial District in Deschutes County, Oregon. He was elected in May 2014 to replace Barbara A. Haslinger, effective January 5, 2015.[1][2] Governor John Kitzhaber appointed him to the position in August 2014 so that he could begin serving immediately.[3] His current term will expire on January 3, 2021.[4]

Miller ran for election to the Oregon Circuit Court, 11th Judicial District.
Primary: He was elected in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 58.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Thomas Spear and Steven M. Kurzer.

Education

Miller received a bachelor's degree in business management from Linfield College and a J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law.[3]

Career

Before he became a judge, Miller worked as an attorney in private practice. He also previously served as a police officer in Sunriver, Oregon.[3]

Miller served in United States Marine Corps.[3]
