Alisha O'Hara is a judge for Division 3 of the Missouri 7th Judicial Circuit Court. She assumed office in 2022. Her current term ends on December 31, 2030.

O'Hara ran for re-election for the Division 3 judge of the Missouri 7th Judicial Circuit Court. She won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.

Governor Mike Parson (R) appointed O'Hara to the court on July 8, 2022, as circuit judge to replace K. Elizabeth Davis.[1]

Biography

O'Hara received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.[2]

Prior to becoming an associate judge, O’Hara served as an assistant public defender, an assistant prosecuting attorney, and supervising attorney of the Child Support Division of Clay County. She has also worked as an adjunct professor at Missouri Western State University and as a parent educator with the Clay County Family Court.[2]
