Governor Joshua Green (D) appointed Lopez Attorney General of Hawaii on December 2, 2022, to replace Holly Shikada (D).[1]

Biography

Anne Lopez lives in Hawaii. Lopez earned a bachelor's degree from San Jose State University and a law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. Her career experience includes working as a CEO and general counsel for Hawaii Health Systems Corporation, as a special assistant to former Hawaii Attorney General David Louie (D), and as an attorney.[2]
