Debra A. Hopkins is an associate circuit court judge for the 27th Circuit Court in Missouri. She first took the bench in 2009.[1] Daniels was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expired in 2018.[2][3]

Hopkins is also a Municipal Court judge for the municipality of Butler in Bates County.[4]

Hopkins earned both her bachelor's degree and J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, in 1990 and 1992 respectively.[5][1]
