David Freeman is a judge for the Whatcom County Superior Court in Whatcom County, Washington.[1] He was appointed to the court on January 28, 2020, by Governor Jay Inslee to replace Raquel Montoya-Lewis and was sworn in on February 13, 2020.[2]

Education

Freeman received his undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law.[3]

Career

Before joining the Whatcom County Superior Court, Freeman served as an attorney for the Whatcom County Prosecutor's Office and as a review judge in the Commissioner's Review Office of the Washington State Employee Security Department.[4]
