Jose Perez (Texas)
Jose Perez was the District 7 representative on the Laredo Independent School District Board of Trustees in Texas. Perez won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016. He left office after passing away in April 2018.[1]

Four of the seven seats on the Laredo Independent School District school board were up for general election on November 8, 2016. In Districts 1 and 4, incumbents Jose Valdez and Ricardo Garza won re-election without opposition. District 2 incumbent Jesus Martinez lost to challenger Cindy Liendo. District 7 incumbent Jose Perez defeated challengers Gilbert Hernandez and Isela Martinez.[2]
