Ryan K. Gardner is a judge of the Marion County Superior Court in Indiana. He assumed office on January 1, 2021.

He was appointed to the court on November 10, 2020 by Gov. Eric Holcomb (R) to replace David J. Dreyer.[1]

Biography

Gardner received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University and his J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. His legal experience includes serving as a contract attorney in the Juvenile Division of the Marion County Public Defender Agency, as a staff attorney with Child Advocates Inc., and working in private practice. Directly prior to his appointment, Gardner served as a magistrate judge in the Marion Superior Courts Juvenile Division.[1]
