Mosby (Democratic Party) was a member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 83. Mosby assumed office on January 13, 2003. Mosby left office on January 13, 2019.
Biography
Mosby's professional experience included working as vice president of medical affairs at Grady Health System and as an internal auditor at Grady Health System.[1]

Elections for the Georgia House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014, with runoff elections taking place where necessary on July 22, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 7, 2014. Incumbent Howard A. Mosby was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Freddy W. Holley was unopposed in the Republican primary. Mosby defeated Holley in the general election.[6][7][8]

At the time of his service in the legislature, Mosby was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Board Member and Treasurer of the DeKalb National Association for the Advancement of Colored People of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and member of the Oakhurst Health Centers Board.[1]
