A Bay City Fire Levy Renewal measure was on the May 15, 2012 ballot in the city of Bay City which is in Tillamook County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 322 Approveda
  • NO 62 [1]

This measure sought to renew the current fire levy which is set at a rate of $.47 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the city.[2]
