New Hampshire Civil Suit Jury Trial Amendment (1988)
The New Hampshire Civil Suit Jury Trial Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment proposed to raise the threshold amount for a jury trial in civil cases to over $1,500.[1]
