Charleston, West Virginia: West Virginia Municipal Court judge Shawn Taylor plans to resign on October 29, 2010. He is currently the elected judge of Charleston and the appointed judge of Nitro. He also practices Social Security disability and SSI law with the firm of Farmer, Cline & Campbell. He is retiring from the court to focus on Social Security law. "I will miss my co-workers in the cities of Charleston and Nitro, but look forward to dedicating my entire professional life to those who have entrusted me with the responsibility of guiding them through the Social Security appeals process," he said. Taylor has been practicing law since he graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1992.[1]
