Arkansas judge removed from bench

Arkansas: The Arkansas Supreme Court removed Willard Proctor Jr. from his Sixth Arkansas Judicial Circuit position on Monday, January 25. He was removed on the grounds of ethical misconduct after defending himself by telling the judge that his "intentions were pure."
