No Higher Taxes for Maine was a political action committee that opposed Maine Tax Code People's Veto, a 2010 ballot measure that repealed legislation enacted by the legislature and signed by the governor in 2009 that reformed the state's income tax structure, broadened the base of sales tax and amended the Circuit Breaker Program.[1].
