The Kansas Supreme Court Appointee, Judicial Ballot 2, also known as Judicial Ballot 2, was on the ballot in Kansas on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The ballot measure asks whether Robert T. Price, Topeka, Position No.7, of the Kansas Supreme Court, be retained in office.[1]
