Jerome J. Richards was a judge for the St. Lawrence County Court in St. Lawrence County, New York and the supervising judge of the justice courts of the 4th Judicial District. He served on the court from 2005 to 2020. He was appointed a supervising judge in 2008.[1][2]

Richards ran for re-election to the St. Lawrence County Court. He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.[3] 

Education

Richards received his B.A. degree from Harper College (State University of New York at Binghampton) in 1979 and his J.D. degree from the Vermont Law School in 1983.[1]
