An Ava School District Bond Measure was on the April 6 ballot in Christian and Douglas Counties for voters in the Ava school district.

This measure was defeated in Christian County.

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $13.5 million in order to help the district build a new high school. If this had been approved, there would have been an added .78 cents on local property taxes making the total levy paid to the school $2.75 per $1,000 of assessed value.[2]
